In Armenian, it translates to "tulip".
I'm also known as Lady and The Arrow.
TEI Cafes was born out of love for connecting with others. Raised in a strong and proud Armenian community in the Bay Area, the vision for this project stems from the beautiful aspect of what it truly means to be among the people of the first Christian nation in the world. Drawing inspiration from my multifaceted and multitalented family members, TEI Cafes seeks to honor their sacred imprint on my own life.
Our most coveted gift is time spent with one another. A simple table invites welcome to others and the sharing of sweets, coffee, and tea pulls the connections closer together. This is what TEI Cafes embodies – a table for the interrelation between us and others.
As a first generation immigrant and a woman of utmost faith, it’s an absolute honor to be alive and to serve Our Home, the world, here and now.
With Immense Gratitude.
